Every cottage guest receives four distinct meals freshly prepared by the retreat kitchen team. We take pride in serving wholesome local dishes.

Served upon arrival after completing your scenic 10–15 min hill walk. Cool and refreshing.

Steamed hot rice, seasonal bhorta (mashed vegetables), fried vegetables or curry, chicken, lentils (daal), and fresh salad.

Freshly prepared pasta or noodles served alongside hot tea while watching the hill sunset.

Generator Electricity

Four (4) hours of generator power will be provided daily for essential lighting and device/mobile charging.

Shared Washrooms

Attached washrooms are currently under construction. Clean shared facilities with both high- and low-commode toilets are operational.

Vehicle Parking

No dedicated parking at the hilltop. Cars and motorcycles must be securely parked at a verified garage in Barabkunda local market.

24/7 Security & Trail Guide

Supervised at all times by the resort team. A night guard is stationed overnight. Trail guides are available to guide you along the path.

Couple Bookings Notice

Dedicated couple rooms are currently not ready. Couple bookings are temporarily unavailable until upcoming phase completion.

How to Reach Ecoza Hill Retreat

Address: Barabkunda Trail, before the waterfall, Barabkunda, Sitakunda, Chattogram. Follow these simple steps whether coming from Dhaka or Chattogram.

Step 01
Reach Barabkunda Market

Travel by highway bus or train towards Sitakunda Upazila. Disembark at Barabkunda Market.

Step 02
CNG or Auto-Rickshaw

From the eastern side of Barabkunda Market, hire an auto-rickshaw or CNG to the Barabkunda Trailhead.

Step 03
Landmark: Amena's Shop

Ask the CNG/Auto driver to drop you right in front of Amena's Shop at the trail entrance.

Step 04
10–15 Min Trail Hike

Take the scenic footpath / stream trail towards the waterfall. Ecoza Hill Retreat sits right before the waterfall.
